While the work we do as nurses is fulfilling, it can also be stressful, not only at work but also in our own personal life. The nature of the profession along with the current reality of a pandemic contributes to a variety of challenges and increased stress. This course is here to give you a foundation to manage stress in 2020 and beyond.

This three-part series helps you understand stress and stress injury formation as it relates to your personal and professional life. Tools for building your own personal resilience are presented in a way that fosters self-awareness and assists in the development of a personal plan to ‘move towards green’. Other elements include; resilient leadership and building a healthy work environment while also supporting each other, and the panic of a pandemic.
